- All original tags must still be attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Final Sale: Discounted or clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
How to Make a Return
- Start Your Return: Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Receive Label: We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Package Item: Place the item(s) in their original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect your return (allow 3-5 business days), we'll process your request.
- You can choose a full refund to your original payment method, an exchange, or store credit.
- Refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days after processing.
